Who is in Charge?

Recently we've heard three very different statements from three different adminstration officials. Bush says we must stay the course in Iraq. However long that is. He doesn't know b/c they do not write it in his cue cards. Rumsfeld took to the talk show circuit last Sunday and said we may be in Iraq 10 yrs from now. To top it all off, Darth Cheney said that the insurgency is in its last throes....

Is something leaking out of Cheney's pacemaker into his system, poisoning his brain? One might think..

Rumsfeld's comments seem to be the most realistic.

Bush doesn't seem to have a clue.

So, who's really in charge? These days even they seemed confused about this.
