Iran has no intention of allowing United States officials to interrogate the al-Qaeda suspects it has arrested, the country's president has said.

news.bbc.co.uk...

This is sort of good news/bad news. The bad news is Iran hates us, won't let us talk to the al-qaeda member they arrested, the good news is that they arrested them.

The problem is not that Iran does not like the US (even if they do). The real problem is that the Bush administration hate Iran, Iran offered the Al-qaeda terrorists in return for an Iranian terrorist group that the US is harbouring in Iraq, the group that were hit by the French authorities a couple of months ago.
Anyway did you know that Iran offered to assist Iraq with it's energy crisis by providing electricity, but of course the selfish Bush admnistration ignored Iran, and the Iraqi people still have no electricity.

This article was in the Guardian, that is where i found out.

"Iran says it supports Iraq's new governing council and is not involved in attacks on US troops there (for which the US has indeed produced no evidence). As an earnest of its intentions, it has offered to supply much-needed electricity to Iraq - an offer made three weeks ago and to which it has had no response."

Maybe the fact that the Iranaian government calls the United States "The Great Satan" would be a bit of a giveaway.
Or do you reckon that's a term they use for their best buddys?

Well, you can't expect Iran to give them up without something in return.... They're a comodity...simple as that. They are bargaining chips... Should be interesting to see (or not see) what kind of a deal is struck....

Or, it just cause a pretense for invasion...remember "Those who harbor our enemies, are either with us or against us..." hmm???

Not saying this is a good plan...it isn't, but so far, the Bush camp has failed to impress me with their plans....

Is it true that AlQaeda mean "The Base" and that it probly is just a made up name that the politions have made for the public eye. maybe theres even bigger terrorits goups that we are not Aware of, my friend said in his travells to Mecca The Holy land of Islam the Birth place of the Prophet(pbuh) there were a group called the Waahabies(its spelt differently) but they killd alot of muslims in Mecca while they were praying but they have back up from an unknown source, they say thay are Muslims, but they have tamperd with the Holy Qu'ran.

Anways just asking if anybody else knew about this group or they have links or even better if they have the correct way to spell Waahabie???

Thanks

All points acknowledged.

and furthermore; Iran, Russia, India, formulated last year- a treaty creating a ITC (international-north-south trade corridor)

and this year, grew with Kzahkstan, Belerus members.
++ ++ ++

Iran, the Georgian & Cheznian 'problems', freedom
fighters etc, and the bush zig-zag 'adventures'
gives NO imputus for Iran to befriend US admin.
and thereby put themselves in 'crosshairs'...
