The mind boggles... however if Reagan is the cream of America then we have absolutely nothing to worry about, come on the man was barely literate.

In America a B movie actor who was upstaged by a chimp, whos achievements could be counted on the thumbs of a blind butcher wins.

The Martin Luther King one is the only one the makes any sense.

What's so special about the presidents? You just needs lots and lots of cash and lots of influential friends. Brains or common sense not necessary. A desire to expand the powers of those with the most a plus. An ability to ignore your conscience, and a belief that anybody not in your circle are for your use and expendable is necessary.
But most of all you have to have BLUE blood....or at least a genetic connection to one of the ruling families. The same families that have rules us serfs for hundreds of years...

So Arnie '08 or '12 only sounds stupid but is probably a favourite when you think about the mindset of 1 quarter of America (only 1 half votes).
Arnie, a catch phrase, some red, white & blue and a lot of corporate sponsership and he'll fly in.

The whole 'constitution' thing is no biggy and you know if they have written up drafts already, they've also started planning the campaign details, hired the writers, graphic artists, image consultants etc etc to make Arnie a true American Fuhrer puppet.

Well, this Regan poll was done by AOL who owns most of America's media. Maybe they fixed it so a 'movie star president' would take the Number 1 spot?

In Canada we voted Tommy C. Douglas - father of socialized medicine (and Kiefer Sutherland's grandpa) as our greatest Canadian. A truly wonderful man with great compassion for the working man. Kind of shows where we're at, eh?

I really think Abraham Lincoln was a wonderful American....he tried to break the stranglehold the private bankers had on America through the issuance of interest-free Greenbacks. And he managed to end slavery...though that was not the primary aim of the war. Of course, any president who tried to fight the banks was either assasinated, or had attempts made on their lives.
