yup the great FDR (i dont like him) got away with it in ww2, Bush could easily do it, not now bu t if they were a real threat, all it would take would be one bombing or some chinese spies to get cuaght spying to change the publics views on the camps. Not counting the "militias" turning in chinese and china supports to the feds, military or just making them disappear.

You saw what 9/11 did to the US people and how much blood they wanted right after it happened, it would be no different or maybe worse.

and lots of China's iron ore too- the biggest iron ore reserves in the world are located in the same area of NW Australia....another $1 bil iron project announced last week; also so much uranium that the govt has limited the number of mines operating, oh and the worlds biggest diamond and gold mines too.

And they've only just started supplying China with most of its natural gas from the same area...a fraction of whats there.

And the total population of the NW of Australia....maybe 40,000 people?

Oh, btw, the Aussie defence dept announced today it was allocating...wait for it...TWO aluminium patrol boats to defend the entire North West of Oz!
