Well, I have a few things to say about FEMA..
A) My ex-girlfriends father works for the agriculture department here in arkansas, and he's a fema employee as well. I talked to him about some of
this. He said that in an emergency he has the ability to essentially use any/all resources that any civilian has, within his region, and that he also
had concerns over this.
B) Also, apparently, Israel has used such emergency powers to do as they wish with their citizens, if I recall. I think I read this in a previous pat
bucanan article.. I tried searching for it, it will be under here somewhere..
