Here's my system.

Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4ghz overclocked to 3.4ghz
Gigabyte P35-DS3P mobo
4gb DDR2-800 @ 907 5-5-5-15
GTX 570 OC
Xigmatek Balder SD1283 CPU cooler
Corsair HX-650 PSU
Western Digital Green 1tb, Samsung Spinpoint F3 1tb, Western Digital Blue 320gb
Windows 7 64 Professional

The CPU, motherboard, and memory are all approaching 4 years old. Time for an upgrade:

ASRock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3
8 gigabytes DDR3-1866
Core i5-2500K

I might buy a second hand cherry-picked 2500K that can do the magical 5.0, 24/7.
