NEWS: Massive Crack Opens Up In Claude Texas.

An unusual massive crack opened last week in the Earth in Claude Texas, with some of the sections of the crack measuring up to 30 feet deep. The crack was also responsible for the drain of a pond in the area. Geologists are calling the size of this crack as unusual, even thou Earth cracks are common.



We have heard stories in these forums that some ponds and lakes in the US seem to be draining, as well as other unusual seismic activities. It seems that we can add Texas to the list of places where unusual Earth seismic activity seems to be happening.

I have been through Claude, TX many times. I spent the night there once at the Goodnight Inn. I got a good night's rest there and will always remember the Goodnight Inn.

Well if it comes from Claud Texas, we can be assured its not a wise crack

I've been to Happy, Groom & Amarillo, but not to Claude--nothing out there but farmland anyway, far as I know. I'll bet the farmer sure doesn't like that crack. Wonder if it cut a road or took some of his fences out?

Claude is located in "Cowboy Country". It is about 40 miles southeast of Amarillo. FYI the movie "Hud" staring Paul Newman, Patricia Neal, Melvin Douglas, and Brandon de Wilde was filmed there in 1962.

With Amarillo, it shares what I've discovered to be the worst weather in the country...dust storms, ice storms, wind storms and snow storms...great people there though

JRex - yeah, Amarillo's bizarre weather - it's like a geographic anomaly.

One of my favorite cartoons ever showed two rig hands on a platform in the North Sea. They've got icicles hanging off their faces down to their chests. One says to the other - "If it's this cold here, just imagine what it's like in Amarillo!"

LOL, maybe that Texas is the "butt" of the USA. It would seem to be posisioned correctly by the maps!

Texas is closer to Hell and by the looks of this getting closer all the time.

The devil is having a hard time supporting all that evil and cracks are starting to show.
