Well I mean after all the pentagon was planning on going forward on a type of market where people could place bets on which us city would get nuked or how many U.S. Personal would get killed in the middle east. If we are going to alter that maybe we should do things like bet no money of chorse on who will get banned next or who will win the next above top secret award next before it is voted on. So on so forth thats the general idea so far.
