Russia's Stealth Activities Revealed!

I just came upon this article by Aviation Week & Space Technology entitled:
"Russian Low-Observable Technology Research Detailed"

Very good article, albeit not as indepth as I would like, but covers virtually all aspects of Russian LO technologies, past, present and future applications and even a bit of information on the fabled plasma stealth device.

I've read numerous times that Russia, along with a few other states, holds scalar weapons including : cold fusion explosions, the dreaded mind snapper, and a host of others.

I honestly don't know the progress of scalar weapons, but it seems like after the 60's people got their kick out of testing nukes and went to grander things...probably things that the peoples of the world would have not stood for had they known they were building such devices.

We're now getting glimpses of new aircraft, but damn, I wanna see 'em roll out the flying saucers!

Cold fusion explosion? Are you meaning NEUTRON BOMB.. or that thing that is supposed to FREEZE everything?
