Ok if you want to use that image you will need to delete it from your upload space....rename the file to something shorter than like 7 characters and re-upload the image to your member upload space.

When you entered this file name in the store:

ats59379_Lizard_man_background_avatar.jpg

It failed because the file name was too long and was cut off. I'll take care of your points so you can try again.

This has been a great help. I'm still thinking of my options and will soon make the move...............

i've got the best background pic ever!! BUT, i can't get it any smaller than 133KB!

is there any hope?? the image dimensions are 166 x 3547 - yes i know, very large... but i thought i remembered seeing some members with huge background pics that seemed to go on and on without repeating before. well, they did repeat, but not until that member made a HUGE post...

i saved it in the lowest possible quality, too...

any ideas?

took a while, but i finally got it just the right size!

yes ! thanks for the helpful information in this thread and i finally got my avatar and background image loaded correctly

only thing is i had to try it 5 times to finally get it right and lost 12,500 points

is there any way to get them back or am i out of luck ?

no Mr. easynow you can not have your points back you should have done it right the first time.
