I was wondering if there was a way to get a members email address. I had been U2Uing with a member named washball about some local conspiracy theories about missile silos, and all of a sudden he just dissapeared, and i dont think he has gotten on ats in a while, and i just want to email him so we can pick up where we left off.

I would suggest just asking them for this information.I am sure they will share it with you if they WANT you to have it.
Send them a couple u2u's about it.
They may just have not been here in a while, or maybe they are experiancing technical difficulites???

I do not think it is the policy of ATS to share information of this nature. Nothing personal can be learned from the administration about another member, that sure WOULD NOT be cool at all.......

As the others said, you can ask them for it.
But, they may also have it in their profile. If so, a button saying 'email' will show along with the other buttons (profile, u2u, etc.) under each post, below the signature area. (Check mine for reference)

yeah, well the whole thing about the board is anonymity.
I went on holiday for a month to New Zealand and I didn't tell many people (not that anyone noticed anyway).
At the end of the day if your on here, the chances are that your paranoid and sensible enough not to communicate your movements incase someone has latched onto you. He may also have decided that the whole scene dosn't work for him and he's better off without it... Lucky him.. I tried and I can't stay away.. And none noticed.. (cheers)....

Anyway --

1) No you can't

2) Thats the point

3) Have a great day!!
