Duke Used Hydraulic Fluid To Clean Surgical Tools

Elevator workers dumped bottles of hydro fluid into a clean-up sink without making note of it......walked away......and then surgical instruments were cleaned up!!!! How do you miss something like that?

There were a few complaints that the tools were a bit 'slick'.........Lol....

No official word on whether the hydro fluid has had an adverse effect on patients..........

Turns out the patients weren't put in any risk........says the official word.

Still, a pretty dumb mistake......
