You'll need...

1/2 tablespoon ground coriander
1/2 tablespoon dried lemon peel
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon dried red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Mix, keep in an air-tight container for up to 2 months or so.

This is delicious on chicken, lamb, pork or tofu - haven't tried it on beef or fish though.
