I started listening to the first 15 minutes of the film and she is stating some very wild things about Oswald and Jeffery Dahmer and others.

You have to remember not all Lt Colonels are created equal...I believe this stuff hides in a compartmentalized way. Just because your a Colonel doesnt mean you are aware of other classified operations but maybe a E5 Sgt would be. Rank might just be a front I dont believe all 33 degree masons are the same....some may know more about the mysteries than other 33 degree brothers do,,,if that makes sense?
