yea they supposedly test ordinance and vehicles. i've seen them test vehicles a couple times. they have a lot of land, and i dont know if its true
or not but some of the army guys say there are missles out there ready to launch.
ps - are you talking about the army base or marine base
we have a marine base - MCAS, its just an airfield, as far as i can tell
also we have an army base - YPG which is the proving grounds, where they do all the testing
