Right, we've had the big systems as Capitalist democracy, Communism and Fascism in our world and none of them have fully worked even tho capitalism seems the most successful out of the three, even tho it will fail one day. What will be the post-capitalist/corporate world? Is there a fourth way and what is it. I know there is a book called the post corporate world and talks about the 'TINA' sydrome which means 'There Is No Alternative' which alot of people think but this book will prove them wrong. Here is the book:- Click here book I haven't yet read the book but what is your idea on the post capitalist world, fourth way? Also has anybody read the book?

cheers cb.

My way is the fourth way. It's a mixture of Socialism and Direct Democracy as well as "Self Owned" industry, although I've yet to fully finish the book once it is done I'll post a link to it on ATS.

However, I don't think this has much point being on ATS as it is talking about a new style of "Government" and should be placed on the Politics forum in my view.

But a fourth way, political or not would still be a new world order wouldn't it. so maybe it is in the right section.

You ever looked into Swizterland or Sweden and how those Nations work? It's really rather amazing but something we don't like to "shout" out about.

Coolbreeze, don't get overly defencive, I don't care much where this is I'd post on it if it was in either I just think you'll get better points made on what a "New" system could be from the people who know the most about Socialism, etc, who tend to hang in PTS was all.

``

it might well be a blend of->

Green
PAX
Empathic~(sensitive)
'Positive' -Hi-Tech (i.e. without all the baggage of moralistic religious-osity)

this 'culture' 'way-of-life' would even permit limited use & indulgence in
formerly 'taboo' aspects of life-encounters....such as pedophilia, euthenasia, stealing, graft, hedonism, murders, outlandish extensions of neo-darwinism, would all be acceptable pursuits in the 'wonderland' of the near future...

Says who?

I haven't yet read the book but what is your idea on the post capitalist world, fourth way?

I have usually only heard of the 'Third Way', that there is communism, capitalism and the third way, which is linked with 'communitarian' movements in the west. These are sort of 'mixed' economies with lots of social benefits and the like. OF course, there aren't any purely capitalist countries out there, the US economy is mixed, and the British economy is practically 'socialist' (for most americans anyway). Fascism is really not all that disimilar to communism/socialism, so perhaps thats why its not included.

I can't imagine what a 'fourth way' would be, there's only the extreme of the totally free market and capitalism, the extreme of complete state control of the economy, and various blendings inbetween.

And yes, if the thread is to remain here it has to be about how this 4th way relates to the NWO.

Basically, it involves more of this style of Government mixed in with true socialism. So the state own the Means of Production but the people get paid depending on their job so a Doctor would get paid more then a manager of a shop, etc and also property can be owned by private people. It's hard to explain in a few words but end of August when my book is done I will be posting it in the Politics Forum for all to see.
