Big Match

A friend of mine and I were talking the other day about how cigarette companies developed self-extinguishing cigarettes a long time ago but have never been forced to sell them. My buddy said that he heard Rush Limbaugh discussing this one day and he said that the match industry was trying to force these on to the market because it would massively boost match sales/profits. Given the notorious reputation of Big Match and its lobbying capacities, I was wondering if anyone could support this claim or provide any other exciting news on Big Match.
