This is really tasty and quick
spinach tortellini, cheese filled (fresh or frozen, either will do)
a few cloves of garlic
1 small spanish onion
salt & peper
Boil your pasta (I throw in a leaf or two of fresh basil while it boils). While waiting for pasta to finish sautee onion and garlic in a little bit of
olive oil. Drain pasta, add butter allowing to melt. Pour on onion and garlic and a few leaves of basil. Stir, add salt and peper to taste.
It's also good topped with a little bit of parmesan cheese.
