Abductions and Mutilations were going on long before the US and UK even existed. Why would the US government drop mutilated cattle within the perimeter at NORAD?

Have you ever thought that abductees might be tagged and observed for purposes of National Security? The same reasons Contactee Cults might be infiltrated.
