I sitting in a bar the other night and saw the logo of Bass Ale:

and noticed the prominent triangle/pyramid in their logo.

Looking further on the Internet I found this ad:

that really emphasizes the triangle, plus this that is reminiscent of the eye at the apex:

Has anyone else noticed this? What does it mean?

I also just found this:

The ancestry of Bass Ale can be traced back to 1002 AD, when monks at the Benedictine Abbey at Burton on Trent first started to brew beer for the refreshment of their visitors. 1777 ambitious William Bass bought his own brewery, and brewed his first pint of ale with finest ingredients-aromatic English hops, the best malt, and the pure mineral-enriched water that is unique to Burton. The famous ale was liked by so many famous people in history include Napoleon III. Bass Pale Ale is the world's oldest registered trademark the famous and distinctive red triangle originally a shipping mark. (emphasis mine)

Bass Ale is an excellent beer. Its trade mark is supposed to be one of the, if not the, first trademarks registered in England.

This is a good example of how extreme illuminati sighting can be taken. Its just a red triangle. Is every triangle an illuminati sign? Hell, is any triangle an illuminiat sign??? Are the bavarian illuminati known to have used the all seeing eye and the like?

I suspect djohnsto77 is pulling our legs here tho, and doesn't think that the illuminati actually run Bass Ale. If they do, well, cheers to them, I'll drink some Bass to that!

Oh wait, here they are telling us that they knew about the helicale structure of DNA long before man discovered it! They're reptilians!

Hmmmmm interesting. I was born and raised in Burton-on-Trent. Home of Bass and other breweries.
Never heard of them being involved in the Illuminati...lol

The Red Triangle was the first registered trade mark in Britain. Their Red Diamond logo was the second.
The Red Triangle was for their pale ale, the Red Diamond for stronger ales.
So are diamonds Illuminati conected too?

Not beer!

Oh, now I'm crushed. The one thing I truly love, has it betrayed me?

This is just too stressful...I need a beer...:

Hmmm. A diamond, you mean two red triangles, with the bases touching? No, thats not like the Illuminati to play 'both' sides at all.

Bass Pale Ale. Started in 1777 and Nygdan still thinks there is no chance of any thing Illuminati related. Not cuz he has blinkers on, or has a narrow view of what the Illuminati were about...

And the word TradeMark, hmmm, no... Lets not even get into what Trade, and whose the Marks... I mean, oops. The 20th letter and the 13th letter= 33
33

Isn't that special? Now we know the trade, so if you believed in TradeMarks, you are the Mark! Pat yourself on the back, until you come to your senses and realize what a Mark is.

No, not exactly trying to pull anyone's leg here. I genuinely noticed that imposing triangle in a bar and after doing some light web searching got even more intrigued.

The 1777 date did make my spidey sense tingle tho.

I don't think I do, of course it'd be difficult to self-diagnose that sort of thing. But either way, it'd take a little bit more than a triangle and a lat 18th century founding date to be evidence of a connection with the illuminati no??

Isn't that special?

Hmmm, could it be....SATAN!

Pat yourself on the back, until you come to your senses and realize what a Mark is.

A trademark does not qualify as the mark of the beast, since its not needed ot buy and sell. Unless you mean a mark to mean the 'target' of a con-man. But, how does that really apply here, specifically? Recognizeing trademarks makes one a dupe? Why shouldn't companies be able to have their own brands?? And, shouldn't we require a little bit more than a founding date and triangle to state that Bass Beer is an illuminati front??
Regardless, ya gotta admit, thats a good beer!
I just hope Boddingtons isn't part of the evil conspiracy! maybe Harp Ale is their nemesis??

if it had an eye in the middle then i would be thinking along the lines of the illuminati, but to be honest, i dont think this has anything to do with the illuminati...sorry

I think one has to continue to drink the beer until the secret illuminati message reveals itself! All we have to do is determine how many 12-packs that need to be consumed for the secret message to reveal itself. I will selflessly volunteer myself for this "dangerous" experiment!

Hitler had Pink Triangles put on all homosexuals and lesbians and now they have adopted it as a symbol of Gay pride. Does this mean that All homosexuals and lesbians are Illuminati members?????

Mitsubishi has as their trademark three red diamonds made from doubled triangles. Are they three times as secret as the illuminati?

Many snakes such as the rattle snake have triangles in their scale markings. Are they illuminati leaders???

A YEILD traffic sign in the US is an inverted red triangle, Does this make it some secret message known only to Illuminati members???

I think I need a few beers to figure this all out.. like why people like to imagine messages that dont exist. Hmm is the bermuda triangle a secret illuminati underwater base???? I'll get back to you on that one.

Interesting thread, I love Bass! Here is another logo comparison...

I think Pink Floyd's DSOTM is an Illuminati musical. Gay's must be Illuminati as well.

Without reading any of this thread, let me ask this. Even if the illuminati did put this sign on Bass Ale, so what? What possible purpose could it serve them to put their sign on a beer. Since it would serve no purpose it then answers the question. It more then likely has nothing to do with the illuminati.

If people think that bass ale is associated with the illuminati because of the red triangle, i'd hate to think of what they'd say about the label on these bottles

Little hard to see, but its a big pyramid with the All-Seeing-Eye

Better, the beer itself is called 'Hoptical Illusion"

Illusion, illuminati, deceit, ooooooohhhhh.

The taps for this beer are levels with a big white pyramid with the all seeing eye in it too!

Its actually a delicious beer, not too disimilar to many IPAs, hence the Hops reference in the name.
