yeah, I heard about it awhile ago in PCgamer, only because the guys making this were supposedly threatened with a lawsuit by gamespy. I guess gamespy is mad that somebody is doin' it better then them, eh?

I had problems joining Lys's servers, so I suggested Xfire. Never looked back. Not to sound like a commercial, but if you play online games, this is the one app you need. Even keeps track of patches for your installed games. Good stuff.

And messaging people in game is pretty cool too.

btw gamespy is perhaps the lamest pos I've ever had the displeasure of using.
