It remains a silly way of doing things: there are, in my opinion, grounds for the impeachment of Davis - but the accented one is most assuredly not the GOP's favourite in this.
We always get the government we deserve: so fear not.

In truth, looking at the mess California is in, and the 2004 election, if I were a Rep I'd want the Dems to win and vice versa - and if I were a hovering Rep-Dem I'd want an independent in.
Still, on the bright side we non-ex-Colonials have "preganant chads" to look forward to, all over again -still the same machines, I believe.
