Well that opinion article. Not much too it. I am amazed at your narrow minded way of thinking. Yoyu don't get it do you. Only Dems control CA
right now. How can you possible blame the republicans for CA problems. They have no control over the state. When they did the state ran smoothly.
Or at least better than now. Do you understand that Davis blew 9 BILLION DALLARS. Money that was there when he took over. And so you know, I voted
for Davis the 1st time he ran for office. As Dan Lundgren was a nazi. Big mistake on my part. Won't happen again. The Dems destroyed CA, the
republicans are left to rebuild it. Say want you want Colonel,it does not matter to me. You have no clue what is going on out here. And as long as
you keep your blinders on you never will.

Colonel: explain 'fraud' - please, for once, just once back up your rhetoric and tell me how this is a fraud. I beg of you! In fact, I triple-dog
dare you! Please explain how this is a fraud! Just once, Colonel, answer a direct question for us.
USMC: Explain how this recall is illegal, like you claim. I've read more of the Cali constitution than I cared to and just couldn't find anything to
backup your claim.

So El Comadante who would you vote for if you were a registered voter in Calipornia?
Did you vote for Marion Berry in DC?

Its not illegal Bob88. Just a bunch of whiney dems crying foul play. Not you USMC,CA 's dems. If they new how to budget money ,none of this would
be happening. And one more time, not just republicans signed the recall. Citizens from all walks of life and political spectrum signed it. Davis is
that bad.

Colonel, before you speak to me, kindly pull you head out of your ass please, I cannot understand you muffled. I AM NOT A FREAKING REPUBLICAN.
Nor am I a democrat. The woes in California are the fault of the dems, pure and simple. Oly North? Dubya? yeah? So? The are criminals, whats your
point? Tell me something I dont know, or that the world doesnt know. They are thier own brand of criminal, doing thier own thing. The issue here is
not thier crimes, but the crimes of the democraps of California. They turned a once prosperous state into broken down joke. Pure and simple. Thier
retard policies and actions are the reason for California's downfall as much as Enron and Floridagate are the responsibility of the republicans. Grey
davis is a miserbale waste of human flesh that needs to be replaced before California becomes a third world country.
You need to go back to political class, junior. If you knew anything, youd know that there is more than dems and reps out there, there are many third
parties as well. Libertarians, Green party, America First party, socialist party, ect. Pull your mind out of the two party system. Democrats are the
same brand of traitors, liars, schemers, and backstabbers as the republicans. the difference is, the republicans claim to do it in the name of thier
god, the democrats dugar coat it and claim its for the good of humanity, as if we dont know whats good for us.
\
Democrats killed Cali, and republicans killed Texas. Its something I cannot understand why people cant see the obvious. Even my cousisn kid can grasp
these simple concepts.
Good point, by the way, did you vote for Marion Barry? You point out Dubya's coke habbit, yet graze over this paticular democrats vice. republicans
arent the only money grubbing drug quaffing traitors. Republicans eat children, democrats rape them before they feed them to the republicans.

After watching my canidate Gary Coleman tonight on Jimmey Kimmel I will no longer support him for his bid for Calipornia's governorship. After his
statement that Jimmy Kimmel's show was crap I realized he doesn't know crap. So now I am supporting a canidate that has an actual chance of winning.
I have been an avid reader of his journals for a long time. I now throw my support for Mr. Larry Flynt.

Insurance Commissioner John Garamendi
John Garamendi withdrew from the race two hours before the 5 p.m. filing deadline, calling the recall election "a circus." That left just one
well-known Democrat, Lt. Gov. Cruz Bustamante, in the race to lead the nation's most populous state and the world's sixth-largest economy.
Garamendi's advisers said the former state senator was pressured to stay out by party officials who feared splitting support among Democratic
candidates if Davis is toppled.
"I know firsthand that this recall election has become a circus," Garamendi said. "I have concluded I will not engage in this election as a
candidate."

God I came too late to stop the raving stupidity that is Colonel.
1) Colonel, moron, recall is the rule in California and is perfectly allowed, so shut up.
2) California's energy crisis is due to bad legislation allowing de-regulation of the Power Companies, which allowed companies like Enron to buy
California power, and sell it back to them at a higher price.
3) Enron was never founded by Bush, but Enron was given millions to build a power plant in India by Bill Clinton. Needless to say that Power Plant
was lost by Enron due to the fact that the Indian's wouldn't pay their power bills...costing Enron MILLIONS...and the government the MILLIONS it
invested into it, thanks to Bill Clinton.
I suggest you take your Liberal Stupidity elsewhere.
Arnold will make a great Governor, aside from being money savy himself, if he ever needs help he's only married to the Kennedy family.
Besides that, Arnold is moral, and has done a lot for charity works.
More than the stinker Democrats have ever done...

I'm not convinced I see the party-lines given the issue here: as far as Estragon knows, "recall", along with referendum, non-partisan local
government, repeal and Lord knows what else, is just one of those things that make California the place it is.
By no means a "first" here and certainly obscure, nonetheless: it's been widely misinterpreted as having something to do with an "egregious" act
on the part of the risible Davis
I believe it has no such connection. My understandin is that the relevant (and the only relevant) part of California's constitution is:-
Article 2, Section 14(a) of the California Constitution,
"Recall of a state officer is initiated by delivering to the Secretary of State a petition alleging reason for recall. Sufficiency of reason is not
reviewable."
In short, get enough signatures and it can be anyone at any time -I think that in reality not liking someone's dress sense would suffice. No doubt
this is in part why more than 30 previous attempts have disappeared long before the ballot box. But now the world is madder.
It does appear to be an expensive and fiscally irresponsible way to address matters: all part of the end: like Caligula making his horse a Senator.
No cause here for anything other than despair.

What do you guys think of former baseball commish Peter Ueberoth?
by Brian Melley
SACRAMENTO, Calif.--While Democrats urged one of their own to drop out of the recall election Friday, the list of Republican contenders grew as former
baseball commissioner Peter Ueberroth announced his candidacy a day before the filing deadline.
Ueberroth, who organized the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, said that although he is a registered Republican, he will run an independent
campaign. He pledged to serve only the remainder of Democratic Gov. Gray Davis' term.

Apparently, I have gotten another warning from the "Selective Enforcement Crew" for calling FM a dummy. Amazingly, he doesn't get one for first
calling me a moron. What's funny (ironic) about it is that I PURPOSELY put his FIRST insulting "moron" statement in with my dummy statement to see
how "fairness" is meted out.
The results are as I expected and you got played.
