I believe they had nothing to do with sept 11,
but they knew it was coming, and thus didnt prepare or warn anyone.
We all know they recieved memo's and breifings regarding the threat with airliners beign used as missles..

C'mon, this is a setup.

9-11 was an example of what happens when sercuity and intel agencys are more concerned with governnment funding and paper pushing rather then sercuity. Also intel agencys were acting with a ridged mind set meaning that they were expecting bombs to be placed on airlines.

Remember pre 1941 people didnt think Pearl habour could come under aerial attack despite the fact it was done during naval excersices in the 30s. US intel agencys may have had bits of the puzzle but they wernt able to put them togther to create a picture.
