Martial Rule, Martial Law

With martial law/martial rule, the elite families, the international bankers and powerful families, control the America and Americans because the citizenry are no longer sovereign men on the land, but are enemies of the state.
What would make one think that there is martial rule (after belligerancy has ceased, the military is no longer patrolling the streets but martial law is not recinded, you have martial rule.

Here are some clues to make one think about it:

You might notice, if you go to a courtroom, that the flag in the courtroom is the military flag of the president of the U.S. as it has a gold fringe, and not a peacetime flag. You will also notice that it is flown on a pole (army on the march) and not draped vertically.
You will also notice that courts allow titles of nobility (Esquires), which are allowed in private proceedings but not in common law judicial.

Senate Report 93-549 is also a good read, giving interesting insight in reference to rule.

State troopers established in 1933 in most states to control civilians in a war environment. Notice, police officers (which is far different from consitutional peace officers) wear an execuive flag on their uniforms and patrol in "cruisers" (naval warships).

The money used is not constitutionally mandated gold and silver, but is war script (during times of war, a country does not use its currency so that the enemy cannot intercept and capture it.)

Who owns the war script that we use? Federal Reserve system was created by international banking families such as the Rothschilds, Warburgs and Rockefellers.

One of the major actors in the pushing of the Fed Res upon us was Ed Mandell. Look what I found on him last night, what he said to President Wilson:

“[Very] soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a national system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will effect our security as a chargeback for our fiat paper currency. Every American will be forced to register or suffer being unable to work and earn a living. They will be our chattel, and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions.


Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, forever to remain economic slaves through taxation, secured by their pledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be none the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two should figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability. After all, this is the only logical way to fund government, by floating liens and debt to the registrants in the form of benefits and privileges. This will inevitably reap to us huge profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a contributor to this fraud which we will call “Social Insurance.” Without realizing it, every American will insure us for any loss we may incur and in this manner, every American will unknowingly be our servant, however begrudgingly. The people will become helpless and without any hope for their redemption and, we will employ the high office of the President of our dummy corporation to foment this plot against America.”

Pretty damning, if one were to ask me.

The cause and effect of the doctrine of emergency is the subject of
this report.

In 1973, in Senate Report 93-549 (Exhibit 10), the first sentence
reads:

"Since March the 9th, 1933, the United States has been in a
state of declared national emergency."

Let's go back to Exhibit 9 just before this. What did it say? It says
that if a national emergency is declared, there is no Constitution.
Now, let us return to Exhibit 10. Since March the 9th of 1933, the
United States has been, in fact, in a state of declared national
emergency.

Referring to the middle of this Exhibit [10]:

"This vast range of powers, taken together, confer enough
authority to rule the country without reference to normal
constitutional processes. Under the powers delegated by these
statutes, the President may: seize property; organize and control
the means of production; seize commodities; assign military forces
abroad; institute martial law; seize and control all
transportation and communication; regulate the operation of
private enterprise; restrict travel; and, in a plethora of
particular ways, control the lives of all American citizens."

and this situation has continued uninterrupted since March the 9th of
1933.

explains a lot, doesn't it ? the perpetual war regime is official now (if this document is genuine) and should therefore be prime material when trying to convince people of NWO activity. in fact the NWO is our present time system.
