It seems that the HAARP facility in Gakona, AK is no longer flat-lining but instead it is going crazy. This is different than its status during the
9-11 event, when it was at a continuous flatline. So I guess this means that there is not going to be another terrorism attack or something? Or our
predictions about the correlation between HAARP flatline and an impending terrorist attack are wrong?
Perhaps HAARP was just flat lining because "they" thought there would be an attack but they stopped it, so they ramped HAARP back up?
Any thoughts?

the guy is totally right. HAARP is quite the serious threat, as it is capable of beaming terawatts of raw energy into the ionosphere. if you think
about how dangerous that technology is, you begin to realize what tut means with "mankind is about to tempt GOD and Mother Nature, we have discovered

somethings are really just better off left alone, especially the freaking delicate balance of Terra's atmopsheric layers. with HAARP, they can
destroy the Ozone layer over a particular area AT WILL. they can produce fields of volatile microwave or perhaps just plain EM radiation at any
location on this planet at any time.
in addition to all this, it is a massive scalar wave generator. so if they wanted to melt Los Angeles, they probably could. HAARP is also responsible
for inducing high levels of magnetism in the atmosphere, thus producing artificially enhanced high winds. you can tell HAARP is on "weather mode"
when you hear gusts of wind that are completely relentless and during a day of heavy chemtrailing (especially if you live in a temperate place that
does not typically experience high winds)
ALSO HAARP may have been directly responsible for the "record number" of tornadoes that ravaged the innocent of the US midwest.
that is just not right. and it's wasting all that natural gas whilst helping to kill off the natives to the area, the Inuit on top of everything.
