A federal judge has ordered the government to release all of the additional Abu Ghraib photos, not already released to the public. This judgement,
handed down on Thursday, has dealt yet another blow to the already embattled US Military. Not only fighting wars in two countries, the US's war on
terror is coming under more and more fire about abuse in it's "War on Terror".

Judge Alvin Hellerstein, finding the public has a right to see the pictures, told the government Thursday he will sign an order requiring it to
release them to the American Civil Liberties Union, the lawyers said.
The judge made the decision after he and government attorneys privately viewed a sampling of nine pictures resulting from an Army probe into abuse and
torture at the prison. The pictures were given to the Army by a military policeman assigned there.
ACLU lawyer Megan Lewis told the judge she believes the government has pictures of abuse beyond the Abu Ghraib images that sparked outrage around the
world after they were leaked to the media last year.

This decision will be crucial to the American people truly having somewhat of control over the path of their country. The War on Terror is still
greatly approved by the American population but the methods that the Bush Administration has gone about fighting the war are very questionable.
Yes, 9-11 happened but that does not justify the ignorance of basic human rights. If this were logically valiable, then 9-11 was justified because of
the US supporting the Allies in WWI, which led to the destruction of the Ottoman Empire, the last great Muslim Empire.
I am not against the War on Terror, but the things that the goverment said would happen if Terrorism took hold in America have taken hold because of
fighting Terrorism. The Catch-22 has resulted in the almost total ignorance of the Constitution and resulted in a democratic-fascist state.
We chose this government but the tactics of this administration are fascist like. It however is not like we have to sit back and watch this happen,
but that apathy that has plagued Americans for the past 20 years has led to us becoming outraged but too lazy to try to correct what is wrong.
