This is the saddest excuse i have ever seen in my entire findings.

I have to give credit out to for providing me with local coverage of ufo activity.

Here is the newspaper article.

The Saskatoon Star Phoenix is a credible newspaper for Saskatoon Saskatchewan.

Just read the article, I think it explains all. It doesnt matter if your a believer, I think we can all come together and say its the worst excuse that could be given.

Here is the scan.

The link is: here

Enjoy this one.

Flying mushrooms???????

.........and THAT is supposed to make MORE sense than unidentified craft?????

Things that make ya go.......HMMMMMMM.

I can honestly say I have never seen an account where the 'official' story was......flippen FLYING MUSHROOMS......that is just plain silly

What were these people eating????

Its funny that they said they would give him the report, and then didnt, yet claim it was mushrooms? If it was mushrooms give him the report that says it was mushrooms.

A simple connection.

The way they see it though, rural boonies, this will sweep itself under.

Yeah, maybe the American government researcher was doing shrooms himself.

Swamp gas and mushrooms.

The mushrooms were on a hill and gave the appearance of levitation, and light refracting of gas in the Venusian atmosphere caused the pond to appear Radioactive.

Thats probably the explaination the MAN gave. not the witness, but the retarded gov't man that thinks its citizens are stupid enough to be tricked into believing that mushrooms were the cause of a man's UFO sighting. OH COME ON!

Does anybody think that some of this outlandish excuses are given on purpose.

As if to say "hey you are not stupid you know what you saw we are just not allowed to confirm it"

Maybe the mushroom excuse is some sort of unofficial confirmation?

What a find! Thats the most non-sensical explaination i've heard to date!

I love it!

They should have told him what kind of mushrooms they were.

But where did the mushrooms go Mr Government?
