EMI and plane crashes: Elaine Scarry Theory

I was just watching a very interesting show on History Undercover on the History Channel. The theory proposed is that 3 airline flights, TWA 800, Swissair 111, and Egypt Air 990) that went down off nantucket were the result of EMI (electro magnetic interference). This was based on findings that the military was researching crashes of Blackhawks due to EMI, as well as similarities in the airline crashes and their proximity to military zones located along the flight paths of all 3 flights.
