Questions about government's role? What, like, "our whatever important computers are being attacked. We traced the IP to China. Should we nuke China?"

This whole "cyberattack" thing is totally bogus. Maintain secure systems as well as you can, but if they you are compromised, pick up the pieces, prosecute, and move along. It doesn't matter who did it, because whoEVER did it, you will be calling their government and having them arrested. If they don't have a legitimate government, then chances are they don't have Internet access either.

What's with this problem-reaction-solution standard we've got now?

No "cyberattack" is going to "bring down" America or whatever. Attacks happen EVERY DAY of the week and none of them are severe enough to cause any changes in daily lives for most people.

These articles are likening "cyberattacks" to the events of 9/11. What the--? Come on! Cyberattacks that would cause 3000 deaths and change city skylines and the very future of the people of the country?

People who don't understand computers ("Y2K") needn't write articles about them.

Hmm, nice call on that. Or at least they are saying anti-globalization groups can also be anti-american. Tho I think it makes sense, the US is big on globalization. Globalization needn't have anything to do with the NWO and a one world government. Indeed, when peopel are talking about globalization, they're not talking about a global government.
