A MAN has been formally charged with murdering 29 people in a 1998 bomb attack in Omagh, in Northern Ireland's worst single terrorist attack.

Sean Gerard Hoey, 35, is already being held on charges of possessing explosives and for alleged membership of the Real IRA, a dissident Catholic paramilitary group that opposes peace moves in Northern Ireland.

Atleast in this case, the Terrorist was caught and charged via investigative criminal police work, not a war. It may have taken a few years but we've been at war for years also and have gotten no where.

How many years did this terrorist spend at Guantanamo Bay? None!
How many people have been charged and convicted in Guantanamo? None!

Proof that real Terrorists are criminals, not countries.
Yet another signpost and piece to the puzzle showing the staged 'War on Terror' has been created to serve business rather than stopping crime.
