States are encouraging citizens to buy more hybrids

i may buy one if the gas prices reach to 3 buks a gallon which no doubt it will come, the question is wen.

personally, i prefer the accord. But it is sure damn expensive. If the car companies could get hybrids to drop in price a bit, im sure a few more people would be picking them up.
