A fire and explosion at a sub station has caused widespread power outtages throughout Southern Moscow and up to 120 miles away. Subways have been shut
down and trading on the Moscow stock exchange has been suspended. Unseaonably warm weather has put a higher demand on the power system and could be
partly to blame.

I didn't realize that the weather got tham warm over there, that it would put a demand on the power supply.
I hope they get it back on line soon and that no one gets injured or worse.
