Submitting stories to ATSNN

How do I go about submitting news stories to ATSNN? I've tried the help section, and it just says to click on the "submit" button on the member page. But when I click on the member page, I can't find it.

I always come across good articles that I'd like to submit. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Times change. So do buttons. The link however, won't.
