EQ = Emotional Intelligence Quotient, as explained in the link that the ex-dancing chicken gave you.

It is not as reliable as the best IQ measures. The tests haven't been standardized across enough people.

BUT

* do some tests, some of them are fun (plenty around)
* some of the situational questions they put up are pretty reasonable, and really they point to what you need to get ahead in a corrupt corporate world
* high IQ doesn't necessarily deliver high EQ but when they go hand in hand, and are coupled with a high score on the other pillar of EQ (Evil Quotient), look out...
