could you reduce the size of this?

hey could anyone reduce the size of this to 7168 bytes??

since i cant edit. it doesnt matter if its lowr i just need it lowered. or anyone wanna tell me how to?

I'll try to do lower it...

I think it needs to be made smaller and/or have some of the animation frames removed to get it that small.

Yeah - Bringing it down that low would reduce the image to nothing but white and gray dots flashing around on the screen....I'm not too sure if it can be done....

If you're worried about it being too large for ATS - No worries - The maximum avatar limit here is 75k.....I'm pretty sure on that one....
