Russian Lake Disappears OVERNIGHT!

Any ideas on what could cause this? (Other than the Americans I mean )

Its obvious!
There was ahuge flock of ducks on the lake and during the night it froze solid trapping the ducks feet.

When they all flew off the next day they took the ice with them, thus removing all the water.


... well its just a viable as the article suggesting America did it....

DUCK! I should of thought of that...but it's still a huge flocking feat lifting all that ice.

I live in Florida and i've seen sinkholes drain entire lakes overnight.

Of course not nearly as imaginative as netchickens' idea.........yeah i vote for ducks....dang iceage

Maybe there was a chili pepper eating contest held that night. The thirsty villagers then drained the pond in an attempt to douse the fire in their mouths.

Thanks a lot NC...Coca-Cola doesn't feel that good exiting a nose at high velocity. OMG that was too funny.

Even thinking that America would do this is sad, what sense does that notion hold? Must have been pretty weird for the villagers though, I know I would be pretty randomed out!!
