Editing out voices

Does anyone know where I can get a program that will take the voices/ lyrics/ whatever out of media files? Right, so it's just the music. Because the music alone can not be found. Oh. No. Thanks for any help. If you understood my post.

karoke prolly ya besy bet impossible to isolate lyrics totally to much frequencies or you could try searchin for the midi file to play back on ur pc

Not too sure. I know that music/media editors (freely available) use individual channels to record and playback the music, but whether those channels are still accessible independantly after creation I don't know. If they were, you could isolate the channel containing the vocals and remove it(?)

Or I could just be talking nonsense, I have no idea

most burning programs let you do this.
