Unclear what a Cooper test is, BUT if it is a test to run as fast as you can, as long as you can until you puke and then measure how bad it made you sick, my last one I scored 2 waffles, and 4 strips a bacon on.

Can anyone beat that???

To the best of my knowledge the Cooper Test is to run as far as you can (on a decent track) in 12 minutes - no mention of weights or packs (10 kg is one case of bottled beer so I've certainly done that a few times!)
I'd say 3010m is pretty phenomenal, 2,700 or thereabouts is very good for a young male.

I did 3km a few years ago (without a backpack though). If I had to run it today, I don't think I'll make 2km, since I haven't been sporting for a few years now. I'm thinking about starting jogging again in September
