Where in God’s green earth do you get your information?

ELIAS AND ELIJAH ARE ONE AND THE SAME NAME ....SAME PERSON!
God did give me a mind of my own.....that is why I chose to follow Jesus Christ my God..
Elijah was certainly not accompanying and talking to himself was he?
2 Kings II:1 And it came to pass when the Lord took up Elijah into heaven by a whirlwind, that Elijah went with Elisha from Gilgal.
2 kings II:13 He (Elisha, upon Elijah’s ascent) saw it, and he cried, …
This famine is described in 1 Kings 17:6:24, excerpts in context as follows;
But I tell you of a truth, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elias, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when great famine was throughout all the land;
That is ELIJAH, not Elisha performing this deed as per the woefully incorrect gospel accounts of the OT.
And the ravens brought him bread and flesh in the morning, and bread and flesh in the evening; and he drank of the brook.
And it came to pass after a while, that the brook dried up, because there had been no rain in the land. And the word of the LORD came unto him, saying, Arise, get thee to Zarephath, which belongeth to Zidon, and dwell there: behold, I have commanded a widow woman there to sustain thee. So he arose and went to Zarephath. And when he came to the gate of the city, behold, the widow woman was there gathering of sticks: and he called to her, and said, Fetch me, I pray thee, a little water in a vessel, that I may drink. And as she was going to fetch it, he called to her, and said, Bring me, I pray thee, a morsel of bread in thine hand. And she said, As the LORD thy God liveth, I have not a cake, but an handful of meal in a barrel, and a little oil in a cruse: and, behold, I am gathering two sticks, that I may go in and dress it for me and my son, that we may eat it, and die….
Add this information to the questioning of John the Baptist, Jn 1:21
Mal. 4:5 Behold, I will send you ELIJAH the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord;
And you might if you attempt to do so, understand the ramifications of the above.
And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No.
Bless yourself, you need it more than I.
Do not confuse your confuson with my clarity. To wit:

In greek, the prophet's name is Ηλίας/Ηλιού (two forms), which is where your confusion comes from.
I have no English, nor Hebrew, nor Greek, nor any other Bible, as that suggests I embrace one or the other, where I don't. Further, "The" Bible, since it is your want to get technical, is the total compilation of both the books from the old and new testaments. Where are the Greek and Jewish originals of the NT and "my" so-called bible? And I reallly don't care if this so-called prophet was even translitered into the name 'Charlie,' as you clearly are on some bent which is nothing but an aside from the topicical point of my post.
YOU- The NT was written originally in greek, and your english Bible actually comes from the latin translation of the greek translation of the jewish original, so imagine how the two forms became two names in your mind.
Why should it? That would mean that I adhere at least somewhat to your beliefs. You see, some of us have minds of our own; can think in abstract terms, and not be dependent on the sole secular point of view by which the person with whom we exchange dialogue is indoctrinated.
Has it ever occured to you that quoting biblical texts out of their context is the source for all heresy?
ROTFL! That gave me a chuckle. Let me see now. I might be, in which case, since I would pursue the studies based upon an already accepted discipline of religious belief, I could be Jewish; or Muslim; or Catholic; or Hindu; or Evangelist. Considering that there are students of theology in all the various forms of religion, most adhering to one faith only, your question really is without merit, since obviously no denomination is afforded right of passage, or there would only be one theological school of thought, oui? Well of course yes!
Are you a theologian or a priest?
If you asked me about my education then I missed same. Aside from which, let me just say that 1) my private affairs at this point in time is not the business of anyone on the internet. 2) You would not believe me if I stated what education; IQ; careers; knowledge; studies, encompassed. Just be happy that I tend to partake for the most part only in the religious threads.
Why do you avoid answering about your education? It is not something to be ashamed off, on the other hand, it would make it a lot easier, so that the discussion can go on without problems.
Accept it anyway, because it is. Now since that statement of yours is a giveaway that you are not a student of theology, then conversely by your standards, I see no reason why I or anyone else for that matter, should afford you any credibilty, n'est pas?
If you are a theologian then I would probably have to accept your knowledge is a lot better than mine, and quit the issue.
Did not like your blessing lobbed back at you? You must think you reserve the right to same, do you?
Bless yourself, you need it more than I.
Pretty much sums up your character.

what is this... the 5, 6 or 7th thousand prediction of the end of the world? you only have to go to your local video store to find some blockbuster movie to rent where the end of the world is coming, yet is saved in the nick of time. these so called predictions are getting old. the world will end, whether we like it or not. unless we stop the sun going supernova in a few billion years, or find someway where we just live in space...but fact is fact, there will be no earth in about 5 billion years. unless your christian there will be, or you'll be in heaven so they don't really care.
