Where do you get the Avatars for your screen name

does abovetopsecret have avatars we can use

ATS doesn't provide a pool of images for members to use as avatars but many members offer help. You can review some of the avatar threads in the Member Art forum...

but where do people get the deny ignorance ones

You can ask someone to make one for you (Check KL's link) or you can make it yourself using a photo editing program.

Members who tend to make avatars (whether its personalised ones or simply just avatars) are:

JAK, cpr12r, UK Wizard (me), UMBRAX (currently away i think), Zedd, kinglizard, mOjOm, jetsetter, , and others that have currently slipped my mind, sorry if I missed anyone

I'm sure any of the above would make you a avatar if you asked nicely, just post a request on their thread
