A fantastic chicken recipe for everyone. Which I happen to be sitting eating now.
Feeds 3 Normal people or 1 average Star Wars fan..
You wil need.
3 Chicken Breasts
Ground Cumin
Paprika
Ginger
Fajita Cooking Sauce
Pitta Breads
A Good Cheddar Cheese
Tomatoes
Red, Green and Yellow Peppers
Basmati Rice
Lemons, Limes
Worcester Sauce, Tomato Sauce, BBQ Sauce
A splash of any whiskey.
First of all, fill a pan with water and boil the chicken until cooked. Add Paprika, Cumin and Ginger to the water in small amounts. Continue to boil
until cooked then drain.
You should begin preparing the basmati rice, whilst preparing I like to throw in some chopped up Lemons and limes to give the rice a nice kick.
Add Fajita cooking sauce to the chicken and throw in chopped up peppers and tomatoes.. Add some worcestershire and tomato sauces to give it some more
flavour. BBQ Sauce is optional at this point. Bring to a nice simmer and stir allowing the chicken to soak in the flavour
Grill some pitta bread and add some grated cheddar cheese into them. Fill with the chicken mixture and...
