Well, I see you got my point as did my beloved Jams. People ARE saying they are voting for the General. Are figments of the imagination allowed to win T.W.A.T.S?

Though my irony may be lost, perhaps my point isn't? In addition, I didn't start it. Truly I suspected that this would have been moved to Chit Chat by now, as should the "general" nonsense that has consumed this forum for the past few days.

Of course it's not my board so not my call, but if the powers that be condone ridiculousness, then this is what you end up with.

Relative Dignity

The dignity of WATS is not served by campaigning and pandering for votes.

Members vote "way above" as they see fit.

I see nothing wrong with that, regardless of who gets the most votes.

While campaigning and promoting votes for WATS is not technically prohibited, I suppose, I personally have no taste for it and will not vote based on anyone else's recommendations.

I vote according to my own conscience, and recommend that my fellow members do likewise.
