I rarely listen to a woman I don't know why, but I did this time??

You have voted cpr12r for the Way Above Top Secret award. You
have one more vote left for this month.

Well, I see you got my point as did my beloved Jams. People ARE saying they are voting for the General. Are figments of the imagination allowed to win T.W.A.T.S?

Though my irony may be lost, perhaps my point isn't? In addition, I didn't start it. Truly I suspected that this would have been moved to Chit Chat by now, as should the "general" nonsense that has consumed this forum for the past few days.

Of course it's not my board so not my call, but if the powers that be condone ridiculousness, then this is what you end up with.

How can anyone not vote for the General?
He changed my life with his wise words.

Admittedly, I'm now an anti-social, bigotted, sexist bastard, but #, I can do 100 one-handed press ups easy.

Yes, thank you for this thread. I didn't even think of voting for the General for T.W.A.T.S. previously, but now it's a done deal...

Thats because MA's mind is on the third level twice removed from that of the Q.

P.S. I won't give General my vote, but im not giving it to chatbot either. I rarely vote, and I can only remember giving out 5 votes (to members that deserved them) in the 10 months I have been on ATS.

I'll recognise it then I'd dance! and pick up some girls...

Yep, cause as we all know, NOTHING picks up more chicks than a shiny new TWATS medal....

It would be a sad day if he won.

Funny, sometimes, new, no.

See the pretty new Search button? Use it and you might catch the General with pants around his ankles more than once.

Relative Dignity

The dignity of WATS is not served by campaigning and pandering for votes.

Members vote "way above" as they see fit.

I see nothing wrong with that, regardless of who gets the most votes.

While campaigning and promoting votes for WATS is not technically prohibited, I suppose, I personally have no taste for it and will not vote based on anyone else's recommendations.

I vote according to my own conscience, and recommend that my fellow members do likewise.
