Not that I believe Congress would do a darned thing, but why is it that the Judicial branch is prohibiting the legislative branch from getting necessary documentation.

A 10 day window to resolve something? How about the truth, Judge?
Oh, yeah, the truth isn't the issue.

I really get the impression that all three branches are dipping into each others duties.
Either they really don't know what is their consitutional duties/rights or they are bowing to special interst groups.
Or both
