When Carter was asked later after his term, he said he asked but nobody knew anything. I'm guessing Bush never told him anything, because he didn't have a "need to know". His promising disclosure probably insured they woudn't tell him. It's hard to imagine withholding information from the President, but I bet that's what happened.

I bet that's what happened too. It's all about the need-to-know established by Truman.

uhhm To tell you the truth I would say 5 Mainly because I'm scared of aliens because Im just a kid. But I don't think it would be good to them if they release all UFO information because they might be worried about the effect in our "stability", and so I doubt it if they are going to release any info. Thats my 2 cent.
