There is no ownership in space, how can you sue someone for destroying something that doesn't belong to and will not harm you? If you can sue
because it has emotional meaning to you, then I'm suing everyone for cutting down trees because trees have a physical meaning for me (oxygen!).
There's no danger, and it is better to break a piece of rock a bit in space (there's a lot of space rock, for the record) and learn a little bit,
then to just give up.
This is silly. If there is an ounce of sense in the russian court, it'll be gone in days.
