THE capture by Pakistani forces of al-Qaeda's alleged third in command has raised hopes that information gleaned from him may lead to Osama bin Laden.

Maybe he will just bribe his out of capture ..hasnt he already ??

Maybe Bin Laden is allready locked up some where.

The time isnt yet right to release to the World that he has been caught.

They've been close so many times I've lost count.

I'll believe it when I see it.

I reckon in a few weeks time they will find the 'weapons of mass destruction' with Bin Laden posing at the side of it.

The World will be lead to believe that he was in league with Saddam all along, and the war in Iraq was right all along.
So having got rid of Bin Laden and Saddam, the only pay back to the western world for all the help we have given is to take control of the oil reserves.
Or am i being too cynical here?

Sure I think we are close. I personally think that they have known all along where he is, or his general location. I do think leaving him out there is a convienent "boogey" man, to use that way we can keep going with our wonderful terror alerts, and our somtimes fear based economy.

nothing like unnerving the population and then be seen to be doing the right thing to keep motivation up amongst the civilians.

We ain't that stupid to think that they are doing the right thing though. Maybe thats where we have the head start on our relevant governments
