At time of posting no link exists as the report has only just appeared on BBC News 24 (TV) - A link will be added as soon as one is available.

Derek Bond who was held for three weeks, in 2003, in a South African jail at the request of the FBI, has had the compensation he was promised, denied.

Original Story

After being wrongly accused he was promised he would be awarded compensation for his suffering, but have now fallen back on their promise due to a high court ruling where those who are held on suspicion outside US soil do not have to be compensated.

After being treated as an international criminal and refused an apology for mistaken identity the powers that be are deemed holier than thou, now negate on a promise.

Don't think you are being governed by authoritarian facists?

Think again..!!

Unfotunately this facism is spreading throughout the world like pollution in the air.

Seriously, how can someone be treated like this?
