Strangely enough Mr Osterberg's own "Lust For Life" co-written with David Bowie, got a truckload of exposure after Trainspotting, too.

But it was 60s Stooges released in the 70s for life in the the 80s and resurrected by heroin chic culture in the 90s.

The perfect backdrop for endless car ads, beer ads, and anything requiring a tempo lift with the distinctive opening beat.
