I just listened on my "slightly" better speakers at home... I'm still not sure you telling me what you heard didn't affect what I am hearing. Because I do hear it! I will test it by having my daughter listen to it...and my son. We'll see what they say.

What you're hearing in that is the sound of someone stepping on one of the steps. If you listen to the most recent one I posted, you can clearly hear the creak of someone stepping on a wooden floor or staircase.

I think elder is right on this one. If that is right after the first activation that is me descending the stairs.

well, everyone is talking about interesting stuff and i wish i could hear some paranormal things or something....lol. Val, has your daughter, son or husband heard anything out of the ordinary or just you? Also, it would be freaky as shyte if you are somewhat related to the Brown's. If you will go back to the beginnings of this thread you will find that the second major happening in my house was with my son and his best friend - no one else, including me. Just those two.

Sorry I influenced you Val. What did anyone else at home say? They hear anything? I shoulda had you listen to it before saying anything. My wife listened yesterday and she said she heard the same phrase I did. (it's saved on the puter at home and she saw it yesterday and listened and she wondered why I recorded that. Had to explain to her where it come from. She heard it before we ever talked about it, but then again, we think a lot alike.)

i think your first step is to eliminate any possibility of "imminent deaths" occuring....there is a possiblity that it's this irish hag who wants to claim some1's life in that house.....what if it isnt,maybe casper got carried away??

Well, what I hear (and since I am a weirdo anyways) was "You're Hurting Me".

But, it seems I am the only one that heard this other than my wife, and then Val, but, she may have only heard it because I had told her I heard it before she listened to it. So, I dunno.

Val,

I doubt this is a banshee (although not impossible), they are quite rare. If you are overly worried that it may be a banshee, I don't really know what you can do. I know of no methods that work to get rid of banshee's exclusively.

A couple things you may want to keep in mind (and I may have said this before) is that you may want to try to find a somewhat local and trustworthy Shaman or other very spiritual pagan. Shaman is the best bet if you can find them, as they know much more on the spirit level, and will be better at ridding your home of unwanted guests.

Under no circumstance use a priest or any christian leader to perform a house cleansing. They are not trained in such a thing, and can often (and have often) made matter worse, which, when a Shaman comes to cleans later (to clean up their mistakes) it can often be much harder for them.

On the other hand, you may want to keep researching. As I have said, at first when things started in my home, I wanted all of the spirits gone. I was scared poopless. However, I am now learning to live with them, and many of them have actually become helpful and a somewhat "unseen security crew" for my home. This may well be the case for you too.

Talk to them as though they are family, when they make you mad, tell them. Show as little emotion as possible, as they feed on your energy that is released through emotion. Their favorite emotions are love and anger. However, love will make the happier ones better, but anger will make the bad worse, and the good, not so good. But treat them like people. Talk to them. Acknowledge them. Don't feel embarasses or stupid. It will be strange in the beginning, but you'll get used to it.

And like I said, it may turn out to be a helpful thing to get to know them. Usually, they just want attention.
